11DPO, having really bad lower belly cramps
hi ladies, i feel really different this month, ive had a gut feeling for the past few days that this month could be the month, (probs wishful thinking) but i had an operation 3 days ago & today i’ve started with seriously bad lower belly pains, im just worried that if i have conceived that this pain is a bad sign, do you think if i tested now that ide get a positive if i was or would i be no wiser to knowing if i was or not, i feel so stupid🤦🏼♀️
