Diastasis retci
So I'm 8 months postpartum and I just found out I have diastasis retci and I'm really sad about it. I've been in the gym for months. Doing daily abs workouts & haven't been able to receive the results I want. Now I know why. Has anyone with this condition been able to fix it without surgery ? From what I've read so far all the ab exercises I've been doing is not good for it. 💔 I feel like I've been working so hard towards something and unknowingly making matters worse
