Jobs-employment questions?

Hey ladies in an effort to better myself And spend more time ‘giving back’ in a way- (had a volunteer event tonight that got rained out) I want to answer any job, application, resume, employment-related questions you may have! I just been talking to a couple of people today and I am off work tonight-

And wanted to reach out to you ladies. I work in professional staffing, specifically for accounting and finance but we also do all types of customer service, call centers, and mass hiring!

Just wanted to open myself up for any and all questions, and also say I would be happy to email/resume critique :)

Earlier I was talking to a few ladies about their resume format, when they should hear back on a job, and how to follow up. I am happy to honestly answer anything if you have a question!
