Help please-cyst or endometrioma bursting?

Hi everyone. I was just wondering if you’ve ever had an ovarian cyst or endometrioma burst, was the pain in your lower abdomen? Did the pain subside with any over the counter pain meds? Also did you have any bleeding, nausea, etc?

I was in terrible pain for about 45 minutes, but now it has subsided mostly. I haven’t had any bleeding or anything, I’m just paranoid because I have 2 endometriomas and really don’t want to have to go to the ER. Thanks for your help!
