Strange symptom

The last few weeks I've noticed my nose has been runny/stuffy and when I blow or have boogies most of the time there is blood. I keep thinking I have a cold, but that's the only symptom. I've read this could be a pregnancy symptom, but I dunno how likely that is. I have a lot of stomach issues that cause bloating so it's hard to differentiate that symptom. Yesterday I got pretty sick (cramping/a lot of BM) shortly after eating which may or may not have been caused by something I accidentally wasn't supposed to eat or my body reacting to something else. I'd appreciate some opinions!
