HELP! Swollen Labia (no pics)

Ok, so, for the past two days I have had an insanely swollen left outer labia. Like, huge. It doesn’t hurt, it’s not warm (no infection), it’s just hella swollen.

WTF ACOULD BE GOING ON? Last week I thought I had an ingrown at the base (end closest to my ahole) of that side and I picked at it, but it didn’t really seem to do anything. But now, everything is sooooo swollen.

And ideas what could be going on? I’m not sure what to do since there doesn’t appear to be any infection.
