Don't feel pregnant

I'll be 14 weeks tomorrow. I haven't had my first officially appointment yet but did have an ultrasound at 10 weeks and everything was good. My belly had felt like it was hard and started to round and I had to pee a lot. There's are really my only symptoms. However I feel like I lost all my symptoms and don't feel pregnant anymore. Is that part of the second trimester or could I have miscarried even without bleeding?
