Cramping early pregnancy?

Earlier i had a dull uncomfortable ache in my lower right side of my belly, it lasted about 20 minutes then went away, I keep getting bad ligiment pain when i sneeze (i have a flu) and it literally feels like im being stabbed on that same side.

Ive been laid in bed now and I have what feels like mild period cramps, I am 8 weeks pregnant tomorrow and I am terrified of things going wrong.

Ive had a missed miscarriage before but those are different than normal miscarriages so i dont know what to look out for, i just automatically asume the worst 😫
