Pain between legs

Hey all! 31+5 and counting down the days! I have been experience a very sore like pain between my legs (feels like I have been kicked in the crotch). I am on my feet a lot at work and as the night progresses, the pain gets so intense. Tylenol doesn’t do anything for it. Anyone know what is causing this pain? Or a good remedy for it? Even when I sit down, I can still feel the pain, but not as bad. I know baby girl has been head down for awhile now and sits low so I didn’t know if it had anything to do with that.
