Best time to pump

We just had our 2 Week appt and my pediatrician gave us the go ahead to start pumping so dad can give baby a bottle and I can leave the house for longer than an hour once in awhile. I’m nervous to start pumping and just wondering when the best time to pump is. Thanks in advance!
