Is my belly button piercing infected?

I got my belly button pierced on Tuesday ( 2/20) and I can’t tell if it is infected or not. I move around a lot in my sleep, and that’s when it started being like this, but I’ve been cleaning it two to three times a day, with the cleaning stuff that my piercer gave me ( I don’t know what it is, it’s some kind of concoction that he made )

I can’t tell if it is infected or not, because it only hurts in the middle and it doesnt give out any green/yellow puss, or odor so I’m just worried. I also have to wear a uniform for school, which is rather tight so I’m worried that I infected it by that too.

Please help!
