diarrhea and chills and higher than normal temperature

I'm 6w 5d along in my second pregnancy. I never experienced this with my first. I'm not sure what's wrong because I'm a stay at home mom and haven't been anywhere recently and my husband and son aren't sick. Just wondering if this could be due to a missed miscarriage or beginning of ectopic pregnancy symptoms. Diarrhea like acid and then soft. Uncomfortable and upset stomach all day. Extreme fatigue and chills. Don't feel well at all. 99.4 degree temperature (just checked so not sure if rising or decreasing yet) . No other sick feelings except probably just pregnancy sickness like: Nausea is worse today. No appetite at all. Any advice? I haven't had my first prenatal visit yet so no ultrasound done yet. **not currently taking prenatals because they make me throw up no matter what time I take them **
