Need some advice

So I had my period from feb 4-8 and last night I had a bit of bloody discharge. This morning I woke up with a bit of blood and I’ve had like a light periods amount of blood throughout the day

I just had my period and I’m not supposed to get it again until the 4th!

I took a test and it said negative which is too soon anyways

I’ve been under a lot of stress so maybe my period is out of whack?

Or maybe implantation bleeding?

I just don’t know
