Advice please !

So i was having some stomach problems . I was feeling really nauseous and had a lot of digestive problems. called doctors and they didn’t seem concerned at all just said take Zantac . I then went to urgent care where they said they didn’t really know what to do and prescribed zofran . Now two days later and I’m still nauseous but recently I’ve been having this twitching feeling traveling all over my stomach . It’s like a sharp pain then goes to somewhere else ... any idea of what it could be ?
