Anyone else out there suffer from stinky breath when AF makes an appearance?

As if we don’t have enough going on!

I’m sure my mouth is a disaster zone; it stresses me out a lot and is embarrassing and yes I use super strong

tootherpaste, antibacterial mouthwash etc BUT I’m not sure if it works.

Knowing you’ve got bad breath or maybe your going into a meeting and knowing even brushing your teeth before and stuffing mints in your mouth until they’re coming out of your ears might not work is tough!

I’ve read maybe it’s something to do with the gum/mouth lining?
