Sore/Vaginal tearing

So a couple of days ago I started feeling really sore out of the blue, I’m just off ovulation so no period related issues.

I’m married and have sex on the regular. I’m super clean and always use the restroom afterwards. We use condoms, and have been using the same brand for 4+ years.

I have sensitive skin and don’t use a lot of soaps or perfumes. I use one ladies wash a couples times a week in the shower just to help make sure.

I’m not itching just sore, a little red, and it appears like I have a little paper cut on the lowest side...

I’ve never had a yeast infection or UTI in my life. I’m so extra cautious and have never experienced this before.

Looking for advice! So far just resting, drinking extra water, and avoiding intercourses.
