Am I too young?

It’s beginning to concern me that I’m not sure what age is right for a relationship. Right now, I’m 15 and one of the only reasons which is challenging me from getting into relationships with guys is my age - is 15 too young? I asked my mother the other day when she had her first proper boyfriend... she said 15! And my eldest sister was 14! One of my closest friends talks to me about how her and her boyfriend are super close.. they’re both 14 and lets just say, they’ve lost their V(s) together a long time ago. Although we’ve started working towards our exams, it would just be nice to have someone I can be with, talk too and hang out with.

trust me dont rush it , I didn't have my first boyfriend until I was 17 and man heart break hurts. your gonna have so many relationships when your old don't start the stress of them so young. enjoy the freedom lol

My family had a rule where we can date once we’re 16, and I didn’t get my first bf till I was 17! In my opinion you’re a little young, but it’s totally up to you, some people have great relationships at 15. For me though, I’m glad I waited till I was a bit older and knew myself better before starting something with someone else

I got with my first boyfriend when I was around your age, but it's just what you're comfortable with as everybody is different and some feel ready before others, which is perfectly fine. I found that when I was 15 most of the boys in my class were pretty immature but if you find someone you really get along with then you could try being friends with him first as a starting point and getting to know him this way? Good luck!
