2 days late for AF, 2 tests say negative & very sore breasts. What do you think?

I'm 2 days late and took a pregnancy test the last 2 days and both were negative. I'm not sure on ovulation days, as I only used OPKs a few times when glow predicted and they never came back positive, just faint lines. Today and Yesterday my breasts have been extremely tender from the bottom of my breasts up to my nipples pretty bad (just walking around makes them feel like I'm pushing a bruise). I have never experienced this in my life. I have been off of my pill for about 2 months, so I'm not 100% sure if this is normal PMS symptoms or maybe I need to take another test in a week or so. any advice?
