One year since reversal in 2 weeks

My husband had his vr a year ago in just about two weeks and it has been such a hard year. We started trying the next cycle and since then but since the vr he has had such a hard time finishing. Even just to leave a sample with the doc. I have been supportive and even tried not telling him when it was the right time of the month. Nothing seems to be working. Has anyone else husband had this problem?
