Early pregnant faint line should I go to my OB

I'm getting faint lines I'm getting sick I have every symptom like I had with my son. I don't have a period I just had a baby 3 months ago so idk when to see my OB! I'm freaking out still getting faint lines I had sex January 31 and so idk if I'm actually pregnant with a baby. I have an appointment tomorrow but would they even see if I am blood work maybe. I went to my old OB and my HCG was at a 2 u think it's higher now??!? I know you're not doctors but wtf do I do. I have a gut I am and now I'm second guessing cause I'm scared
