Miscarriage or diluted ?

I got 3 positives 3 days in a row. Then barley a positive yesterday and today I can't even see a line at all. Am I most likely going to end up miscarrying ?

My period was supposed to start the 22nd. I've had a few cramps on and off the past few days.

Also I've been drinking a ton of lemon water. I'm using my morning pee to test but I'm not peeing that often could it just be heavily diluted maybe?
