Please please please say a prayer and keep my husband and I in your thoughts!!!!! As soon as our tax returns come in we going to try and qualify for a mortgage. The home we really want is $58,500. It's a 3 bed 2 bath fixer upper on 4 acres. It's just dessert acres, but still. We want it so bad!!!! Please pray we qualify for that much!! My husband makes about $1,000+ a paycheck, but after our insurance and his 401k money is taken out he brings home about $700 every 2 weeks. I bring like $200-$400 and am working on getting a second job or full-time job. I sadly don't have a credit score yet, but my husband's is like a 640 or something. While we are there seeing what we prequalify for we are getting a credit card good for $600 to build credit and are also getting a Walmart credit card. So please keep us in your thoughts and prayers!!!!

*Payments would probably only be about $300 a month. I am pretty sure the insurance comes with our bank because that's how my friend's is. If I get a second job we would be great.
