Teething- Molars!

Do any babies have their 1 year molars yet? My son has had a low fever on and off for five days, eating less and been generally cranky. We went to the doctor and he was checked for all types of infections and all negative so dr said it's probably just his molars cutting through causing the issues. He's not sleeping great either and we have been giving him Motrin at night but he has been waking at least twice (he had been sleeping through the night again consistently for 2.5 months after a terrible 9 month sleep regression). Does anyone know how long it could take the molars to come through? The last time he had multiple teeth come through it was 10 days but he was nowhere near this miserable. Here he is enjoying his yogurt and semi-frozen berries.
