Pregnant????

Okay so last year in January I was diagnosed with PCOS and I found out bc I missed a period and thought I was pregnant but got a ultrasound done and just found out it was PCOS so they stated I needed progesterone so I got on birth control (the depo shot) decided I wasn’t back to receive it when my third month was up my period came stayed on for 4 days (my normal time frame) it’s been regular since November 2017 comes on time like my app predicts but I haven’t came on for February now I have been sexually active more then usual this month so there is a possibility

I just don’t want to get a pregnancy test and it comes back negative 😔

The question is , is there anyone who has PCOS that got pregnant naturally?

**ALSO MY DOCTOR STATED I WAS “OVER WEIGHT” for my height & age**** so it could make my chances of getting pregnant harder

I just want to know if anyone had , had a healthy baby with PCOS naturally?
