Pregnant or?

Hi everyone. So long story short, I had unprotected sex the day my period ended which was the 23rd of January (no blood) and took plan b the next day (he didn’t cum inside, but we didn’t use a condom so I just wanted to be sure) and then I bled about 4 days later (29th Jan to 1st of Feb) like a normal period. So basically my two periods were like 4-5 days apart. Anyway according to my calendar my period was supposed to come 4 days ago and I just don’t know what to do. It’s usually never this late but im thinking it’s got something to do with the plan B I took. I’m getting a prescription for the pill tomorrow but I just wanted to ask around on here as well. Thank you!!! hope this makes sense!

EDIT: I took 4 tests, a day apart and all were negative except for one which I left a bit I could see a really faint line that looked like it was an evaporation line.
