Pad-wearers: Thoughts please?

Do any of you struggle with getting your pad to stick on to your underwear? When putting my pad on to my underwear, the wings always unstick almost immediately but I manage to get them down for long enough for me to put my underwear back on. However, whenever I next go to change my pad or if it's in the morning after sleeping, my pad is all shifted and sideways, no longer neatly aligned and this almost always causes there to be blood stains on my underwear and sometimes the shorts I wear to sleep. I really like these particular pads compared to others I've tried (apart from the fact that it's sticking capabilities pretty much suck) because they absorb well and they come in a really long length ( I get very heavy flows).
