TTC My Rainbow Bub

TW: Mentions previous micarriage. hi. so a litle backstory. in 2016 I lost a little girl almost half way through my pg. she had multiple terminal anomalies. I had the nonhormonal copper IUD placed and just had it removed last Monday. I just completed my first fertile window. we BDd twice. is it too far fetched to hope for a rainbow bub the first cycle. how many of you were/are ttc after the iud. how long did it take you to get pregnant or how long have you been trying. how many of you have conceived the first time around? I keep telling myself not to get my hopes up. but I cant help it. I'm so excited and anxious. thanks in advance.
