Help??

Took the first two test after I got my period. It came a day early and I know this sounds weird but I wanted to test anyways. I’m not sure what’s going on, I’m going to schedule an appointment soon but until then any insight you guys can give me? If I am pregnant it would be my first pregnancy and I know a period isn’t supposed to be in the equation. The period was heavy at first with painful cramps, and then it slowed down. I’ve read about ectopic pregnancies, miscarriages, and chemical pregnancies. I hope this really isn’t the case because I’ve been wishing for a baby. Please help guys.

Update : Thanks guys for all the insight, turns out it was a very early miscarriage that had already started to pass through my period. I appreciate the support ladies. I see this a minor setback for a major comeback and will hopefully continue my TTC journey ❤️
