Pregnancy Months/Trimesters?!

Does anyone know the accurate break down of how many weeks/months you are and what trimester your in? This is my very first pregnancy and its all a bit crazy to me!

I think weeks 4 to 14 are the first trimester. Weeks 15 to 26 are the second trimester. Weeks 27 to 40 are the third trimester. As for the months:
Month 1 - conception to 4 weeks
Month 2 - 5 weeks to 8 weeks
Month 3 - 9 weeks to 12 weeks
Month 4 - 13 weeks to 16 weeks
Month 5 - 17 weeks to 20 weeks
Month 6 - 21 weeks to 24 weeks
Month 7 - 25 weeks to 28 weeks
Month 8 - 29 weeks to 32 weeks
Month 9 - 33 weeks to 36 weeks
Month 10 - 37 weeks to 40 weeks

Sounds crazy but there IS 10 months because think about it, a month primarily consists of 4 weeks. So if a pregnant is 40 weeks then divid 40 by 4 and you get 10 (months)

This is the best explanation I've seen. Technically, with 52 weeks per year and 12 months per year, there are, on average, exactly 4 1/3 weeks per month. Not 4. So it really does end up being closer to 9 months. Usually LMP is pretty close to 9 months before due date
