Best birth control??

Looking for best birth control. What are some side effects?

Depends on what kind you get. 
I’m on the Lo Loestrin Fe pill, and the side effects I’ve had are clearing of acne, stabilizing of moods, very very slight but noticeable decrease in average hunger, so I lost like 2 pounds over 3 years with no change in diet or exercise routine. I haven’t had anything negative at all. 
BUT this will differ from body to body. This particular pill agrees with MY hormone levels and MY body. I don’t wanna like advertise the end of the rainbow here lol, but it was definitely that pot of gold for me!!!
