Needing advice please!! Maybe pregnant

Hey ladies so I am a little worried I might be pregnant. Okay so Glow originally said I was due for my period on the 5th, it didn't, so glow has been pushing my period out every 2 days.  Each time glow pushes it out 2 days I still have not gotten my period. It's been a total of 6 days. From my last period to today is 32 days. I did a home pregnancy test and it came out negative. I have been having off and on cramps for a few days. No nausea. Had a weekend where I was VERY moody. Idk what to do. Any helpful advice would be appreciated.
