Missed period with no symptoms after MC?

Did anyone have different pregnancy symptoms after miscarriage? Or different from a previous pregnancy? For my first, I had super tender breasts, wasn't sleeping well, wasn't hungry and was peeing a million times a day. I was supposed to get my period yesterday and haven't.... I took a test Sunday and it was bfn :( this period would be my second since my MC. I'm peeing a lot, dizzy almost on the daily, and some days feel my breasts are larger but that's it.
