Debt consolidation or?

so I am needing some advice from people who work in the field or have knowledge about debt consolidation. I am considering doimg consolidation instead of bankruptcy. what company or method would work best for this? I make hardly anything; just 700 a month after taxes. my husband gets paid a decent amount but he covers all of our bills (which takes virtually all of his paychecks). I have talked with ClearOne Advantage, but I'm nervous to go with them. all of my debt is medical, btw.
