NuvaRing - 2 things

So I just started NuvaRing this month. I got my period on the 15th (Thursday) but was just instructed not to start till Sunday. I waited and inserted it Sunday. That night I had a few headaches and was tired for a couple days. It wasn’t until Friday that I started feeling cramps, like my ovulation cramps. On then on Saturday I had protected sex. After he finished, he decided to give me some manual stimulation and when he removed his hand it was covered in blood. This blood was super thin but BRIGHT. I have continued to cramp lightly and then will get sudden sharp vagina pain every now and then like I do before I get my regular period. Anyone know anything? I’m going to call my OB but I was just going to wait it out this month to see if it’s just my body getting used to the hormones.

Side note:

this is my effort for endo, I have for 8 years now denied BC and finally gave in because the pain had been so severe. I also have lost most of my sex drive. My boyfriend got me drunk on wine and we were making out and he got all over me. After 15 minutes of him kissing all over me and such did I want him.
