Liletta

I wanted to post my experience getting Liletta inserted this morning for other girls/ladies wondering how bad it hurts. So I totally stressed over how bad it would hurt and was very nervous. I took one Aleve and two pamprin about an hour and a half before my appointment. There were two moments where you might have some pain and that's when they clamp y our cervix to hold it still and then the actual insertion. For me, the clamp didn't cause any discomfort and the actual insertion was a twinge and a slight cramp. It was a breeze!! I made sure to relax and breath while my doc was down there. What's bothering me the most now 3 hours later is some cramping, but nothing another Aleve hasn't helped! Just thought I'd post for anyone that is contemplating getting an IUD but is scared of the insertion process!!
