Cramping 7 days post IUI

Hello! I had my IUI done almost 7 days ago...has anyone become pregnant after the IUI and had cramping? I have similar cramps before AF, so I don’t want to lose hope.

Fingers crossed!! I really hope for a BFP after ttc for 2 years!
