Weird period + pregnancy test

Okay so me and my boyfriend were having sex and I started bleeding... like a lot... I thought I had started my period. It bled for about an hour after and then it stopped. For two days there was no bleeding so I thought I couldn’t be on my period I took a pregnancy test and it came back positive.... we had sex again today and I started bleeding again! I have no idea what’s going on and I know I should probably go to a doctor but for reasons I can’t, has anyone ever had this happen to them?
