Help please

I had a abortion almost 4 weeks ago this coming Tuesday and my period haven’t returned yet is this normal? Iv never wanted my period to happen so bad in my life :( I regretting the fact I had abortion but I have a 8 month old daughter and me and my partner decided it wasn’t the right time to bring another innocent child in to the world I’m now regretting my decision so much anyone know roughly how long it’s gonna take for my period to return Iv got the nexplanon implant but Iv had it removed so now I’m just waiting for my period to return
