what is going on

lately I have not had a sex drive, had sore breast and have had really painful sex even just getting fingered hurts. what could it be? I am on lo lostren birth control but also did recently started using a topical antibiotic for acne. I was told there should be no complications with the medications. I have never had this happen. I usually relie on my birth control for protection since being in a 4 year relationship with the same person. what should I do? has anyone had something similar happen?
