Save or pay off debt?

I’m early in my pregnancy and close to paying off some student loans but now I’m stuck. Should I save my money or go ahead and pay off debt to have less bills when baby is here?

Personally, I’d pay off the debt if you’re close. Or, make sure you have a $1,000 emergency fund and then pay off debt, and then save again (Dave Ramsey Method very loosely)

Depends on how close you are to paying it off?  Two months and baby is due in 7-Pay it off.  However-if the dates are closer-save save save-then pay off as soon as baby is born.  That’s what Dave Ramsey would say!
