Missing him

So to get this out of the way, he’s not my boyfriend. My parents are pretty strict, and I’m not allowed to have a boyfriend right now. My parents know that I text him regularly, and he’s the only boy they let me text privately (They made me choose). Anyway, we talk everyday on holidays and weekends, but usually on school days he won’t text (we both go to separate private schools, he’s at an all boys and I’m at an all girls). He’s probably too busy being piled up school work, as he told me one week ago and apologised for his inactivity. My school has Twilight Picnic evening tomorrow, which starts 5PM after school (the annual carnival with food, games, stores, music, performances etc). I want to invite him but he hasn’t been on since Monday evening, and he probably won’t see my text until he has time. I really want to spend the evening with him, but unfortunately there’s a big chance I won’t because he won see my invitation. Help me plz girls! ❣️ ((UPDATE: He didn’t make it ☹️ I did leave him a text but he didn’t see it u til around 8 PM. I was kinda sad but I ended up spending the rest of the night and watching fireworks with my friends. I don’t actually have his number so I couldn’t call him coz he’s not my boyfriend so it’ll be a bit weird if I ask for his number. When I was being driven home, I asked him why he didn’t come and turns out he plays clarinet in the symphony orchestra at school. I won’t force him to do anything so maybe I’ll see him next time if our schools have anything fun. THANKS FOR THE HELP THOUGH GIRLS, YOURE ALL SO KIND! ))
