The talk with your parents

Hey ladies, this is kind of awkward but as I’m going through my walk with Christ I have made a few mistakes if having sex along the way... including recently. I’m trying to remain celibate but I would like to get on Birth control. I come from a very strict Christian background and when I tried mentioning it to my mom before she told my dad and they both said no because I shouldn’t be having sex. I honestly don’t know what to do. I would like to get on it myself without telling them but I no longer want to lie to them about what I am doing. Any suggestions ?
