24mm And 20mm follicle in left and right Ovary
I am on my third round of Clomid cycle day 13 and just went in for my first vaginal ultrasound. Saw a good 24mm and decent 20mm follicle. Dr said my 24 mm follicle in my left ovary should release today or tomorrow but I still haven’t had a LH surge.. can anyone tell me what this could mean and if both might release??
