Were your pregnancy symptoms different with your boy than girl?

I have two girls, and I’m pregnant right now with my third.

Both pregnancies with my girls I never had any particular food cravings, or food aversions. I ate like normal, and I was nauseous a lot but I never got sick with either.

This pregnancy nothing ever sounds good to eat, and I’ll be starving and then I’ll finally eat and then I can hardly eat it because it doesn’t taste good....when normally I would like it. I have been so sick, and I’ve vomited multiple times this time around. Also, I’ve had severe headaches, which is also new.

Could this be a sign that I might be having a boy? I wanted to see if anyone else’s pregnancy was completely different with their boy verses their girl?!
