Skyla...no pain?

So after expelling the Copper IUD and finding out my cervix was too small, my doctor suggested I try Skyla. Decided to go for it and got it inserted on Tuesday and unlike the first time around I had absolutely no pain (just a little discomfort). I know it was inserted correctly because this time they checked via ultrasound before letting me go. My concern is actually that I feel fine. 😂 No cramps, no weird discharge, and no period, which was supposed to start on Tuesday. I don’t think I expelled it, but I also can’t find/feel my strings to check to make sure it’s still in the correct place. Has anybody else felt completely normal after getting Skyla? Guess I shouldn’t complain but it just seems too good to be true. LoL
