Prom dress help!!!!

I just ordered this dress after stressing to find a dress I liked, and I just want to know how everyone feels about it. I keep seeing all these girls with big, gorgeous dresses that I know I can’t afford, so I had a little range to chose from beings I also paid for my own dress so I didn’t want to spend every penny I have. I want to know everyone’s opinion on this dress for senior prom!! I have light skin tone and dark brown hair and two tattoos that would pop with this dress. Also, what style and color heels would go good with this dress??!! (:
