We have been trying to conceive since January. I peed on a stick Tuesday morning and it was positive! We were over the moon yet cautious because we had a miscarriage last fall. Well, I got up yesterday, ran a couple errands and then noticed some blood. Through the day it got worse. Went to the ER and my HCG level is only at 16. They told me three possibilities pretty much. If I get my levels checked again in two days and if they doubled then I’m pregnant. It could be my period, which I know it’s not because my period is never late and alway 1-2 days early. Or it is a complete miscarriage. They couldn’t see anything on the ultrasound so I am thinking that the egg never fully implanted. I think we are now going to hold off on trying until I figure out some health concerns. This just blows the big ones for sure.
