abbreviations and general help?

Hi, I'm brand new (tracking for just over a week) I'm using Glow, and I record my bbt I'm kindara too, as a sort of second opinion because I plan to use this as birth control. I was reading through these posts and you all use so many abbreviations I'm confused and I'm wondering if someone can direct me to a list maybe that's already been made? I know basal body temp as I used it already, and I know that you refer to the stages with AF for example (that I'm still getting to know), but I've seen odk? A lot and a few others. Also does anyone else have trouble checking for cm? Stuff will shoe up on my underwear but if I'm trying to wipe it I have trouble. Thanks!
