I need advice 😔

Okay. so I don’t really know how to go about this. Back in July i slept with someone and he ended up being my best friend. i got kicked out of my house and he let me live with him for the rest of the summer. I ended up falling for him, hard. and we ended up being friends with benefits while i lived there. & from the time that i moved out until december we would just on and off be friends with benefits. in december i had him come talk to me and i told him my feelings for him and told him i was in love with him. he told me he had feelings for me and we got serious, but didn’t have the title of boyfriend/girlfriend. he ended up cheating on me the day after christmas. & then we ended things. on january first he came over and we talked things out, and we agreed to just be friends with benefits again. i ended up having a pregnancy scare, he freaked out & we stopped talking. on february 1st, i asked him to come talk to me and talk about things because i was leaving for south carolina and didn’t know when i’d come home. he told me “you’re in love with me. no matter what happens between us, a part of you will always be in love with me”. and then he looked me in the eyes and said “i love you” for the first time ever. i cried my eyes out, wasn’t expecting him to say that to me. ever really. but he did. and he told me one day when he’s ready for something serious, he wants it to be with me. and he said around july around our one year mark would be when we would try a relationship. i left for south carolina, he started a fight with me & deleted me on everything. i’m back home now and i saw him the other night at a restaurant with all our friends, and i left crying my eyes out. i need the closure from him, i need to sit down and talk with him in order to move on and get myself together again. but he refuses to talk to me. i don’t know what to do, i feel lost without him. he’s my best friend. what do i do? 😭
