I need advice 4w 2d baby boy throws up bottles and fusses!
I’m to the point were I just cry! I don’t know what to do for my little man anymore! Start off with this will be long but please any advice or moms out there like us! Would be grateful to hear from. He was born at 7p 10o and he went down to about 7p 5o now he’s back up to 8p 5o they say he’s not gaining like they want. We’ll how can he when he throws EVERYTHING UP? Ok moms, I’ve done tried every bottle on the shelf. And a few different formula from soy to the spit up kind to gentles ease he’s on now no luck! He fusses during feedings he cry’s and sounds like he’s starving and sometimes seems to chug and breath all at the same time. (Sometimes) he eats as calmly as ever some days he spits up not as much as others. We’ll today he has threw up every bottle I’ve made you know what that means? He’s hungry again right after he throws It up so he’s doubling feeds. Cause he can’t keep It down. We’ll she started him on some heartburn/reflux medicine over a week ago and ITS NOT HELPING SO FAR. I really wished she would try him on some prescription formula. But she says It doesn’t seem like he has a milk allergy to her. But I have been researching and It says throwing up the bottle can come from a milk allergy. Like I don’t know what else to do. I just want to cry. It seemed before the soy did help some but stopped him up some. But he has gas and hiccups all the time! He grunts and turns red like he’s using the bathroom and let me remind you he would have already been to the bathroom and he still does this so I know he don’t have to poop. Even when he pushes like he’s pooping he throws everything up! I believe a prescription formula would help for milk allergy/ gas and others for digestive system. I just started him on gerber probiotics to see If I could help him out some way. Please I need advice oh yeah she also told me his pediatrician to start adding cereal to his bottles I did at first and people on here said It was dangerous BUT IT WAS HELPING BUT I stopped doing It. I was going to ask her If I could start spoon feeding him some “real soupy” but a lot say In the bottle Is fine and others don’t.
